InvoiceFlow Africa
Invoicing for Ghana

Terms of Service

Effective 1 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of the InvoiceFlow Africa mobile app and related services. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

InvoiceFlow Africa is a mobile and web service that lets small businesses in Ghana and across Africa create invoices, quotes and receipts, track expenses, manage inventory, and collect payments online. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, expanded, or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. You agree to:

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Subscriptions and payments

The Free plan lets you create up to 5 invoices per month at no cost. The Pro plan removes that limit for a fixed monthly fee. Pay-as-you-go credit packs are also available — each pack grants a fixed number of invoice credits that never expire.

Subscription fees are charged through our payment partner. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the plan you choose, including any applicable taxes. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by Ghanaian law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Your data and business records

You retain full ownership of every customer, invoice, quote, expense, product, and document you create. We hold your data only to provide the service and we do not use it for advertising or AI training.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for ensuring you have the legal right to share your customers' contact details with the service.

6. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. To permanently delete your account and all related business data, go to Settings → Delete account. The deletion takes effect within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we believe are used for fraud, or that have been inactive for more than 24 months. Where possible we will give notice and a chance to export data first.

7. Intellectual property

The InvoiceFlow Africa name, logo, app design, source code, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your business purposes for as long as your account is in good standing.

8. Disclaimers

InvoiceFlow Africa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. The information generated by the app (reports, analytics, AI suggestions) is for informational use only and is not a substitute for accounting, legal, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from or relating to the service will be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you in the app and update the "Effective" date at the top. Continued use of the service after the update means you accept the new Terms.
